HOW POCKET WIFI RENTAL WORKS
Pocket WiFi rental service is for anyone from Republic of Ireland travelling to either Europe or United States. We provide free delivery and returns only within Ireland
Book your Pocket WiFi before departing Ireland. We require minimum 48 hours in advance to secure product availability.
Have the Pocket WiFi delivered to your front door or collected from our pick up locations. We do next day delivery Monday to Friday anywhere in Ireland.
The easiest way to stay connected and have access to personal and portable wifi hotspot during holidays or business trips.
Use the prepaid envelop provided and return the Pocket WiFi from any post office within Ireland or drop it to post box in Dublin or Shannon Airport.
Who can use the Pocket WiFi?
The Pocket WiFi can be rented by anyone traveling outside of Ireland for either leisure or business.
Do you offer unlimited data plans with the Pocket WiFi?
Our data plans have been designed to offer the most value for each rental plan.
The data plans are mentioned on each of the product page.
If you have reached the data plan, you will still have access to the internet but you will experience slower speeds.
Where do you deliver and how does it work?
We deliver to any address only within the Republic of Ireland. Deliveries are only Monday - Friday.
You can also collect the parcel from our pick up locations at Dublin Airport or Shannon Airport.
Can I extend the wifi rental?
Yes. If you wish to extend your wifi rental please email us and we will arrange it for you.
How can I return the Pocket WiFi back?
When you receive your Pocket WiFi parcel you will also receive a post envelop with prepaid stamp.
You need to place the Pocket WiFi back in the return envelop and
post it back from any Post Office or
drop it at the Post Box in Dublin Airport (Terminal 2 - Upstairs next to Cafe Nero or Terminal 1 - in the Arrivals next to the stairs escalator) or Shannon Airport (The post box is in front of the WHSmith Store)
Do you deliver in the weekends?
We only do weekend deliveries to hotels within Dublin city centre. For anyone else if you wish to start using the Pocket WiFi in the weekend please select Friday as the delivery date. Then in the Note section at the Cart Page simply mention that you will start using it in the weekend.
When does the Pocket WiFi service commence?
The service commence from the date you selected for delivery
*For those who select Friday and then use it on Saturday or Sunday the countdown begins from the day they switch on the device.
On the last day of your pocket wifi rental please return it before 5pm through the options explained above.
